Why Personalized Care Matters
No two bodies are identical, and every patient comes to us with different goals, lifestyles, and challenges. At Koop Physical Therapy, we believe that treatment should adapt to the individual, not the other way around.
Progress requires attention and communication. That's why we focus on delivering hands-on care and carefully monitored exercises designed specifically for you.
Hands-On Treatment
We employ manual therapy techniques to assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions. This direct, hands-on approach helps us understand your joint mechanics and soft tissue restrictions, allowing for more targeted interventions to support your recovery process.
Movement Philosophy
We focus on carefully selected exercises with precise monitoring and appropriate progression. We don't believe in an unnecessary "no pain, no gain" attitude. Instead, we focus on safe, effective movement education that builds confidence and strength over time.
